Holder of work authority or consent must supply information

52. Holder of work authority or consent must supply information



(1) The holder of a work authority must in the prescribed form and at the
prescribed times furnish to the Minister the prescribed information relating
to work done under the work authority.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2) The holder of a consent under section 11 must in the prescribed form and
at the prescribed times furnish to the Minister the prescribed information
relating to any surveys and other operations authorised by the consent.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.

(3) A document furnished under subsection (1) or (2) is the property of the
Crown and may be made available by the Minister for inspection by the public
at any time after the work authority or consent under section 11 ceases to be
in force.
