Quarrying infringements

45. Quarrying infringements



(1) An inspector who has reason to believe that a person has committed an
offence against this Act or the regulations that is prescribed to be an
offence to which this Division applies may serve on that person an
infringement notice.

(2) An offence referred to in subsection (1) for which an infringement notice
may be served is an infringement offence within the meaning of the
Infringements Act 2006.

(5) The penalty for the purposes of this section in respect of an infringement
is the amount prescribed in respect of that infringement.
