Holder of work authority must rehabilitate land

31. Holder of work authority must rehabilitate land

The holder of a work authority must rehabilitate land in accordance with the
rehabilitation plan approved by the Department Head, the conditions in the
authority and the requirements of the relevant planning scheme and any
planning permit.
