Measure of compensation

30. Measure of compensation

Compensation payable under section 29 is compensation for-

   (a)  deprivation of the possession of the surface of the land or any part
        of the surface; and

   (b)  damage to the surface of any land and to any improvements on the land
        which has been caused by or may arise from the carrying on of any
        operation under the search authority on the land in respect of which
        the search authority was granted; and

   (c)  all consequential damage.
