Objects

42. Objects

The objects of this Division are-

   (a)  to recognise that financial hardship may be suffered by domestic
        customers; and

   (b)  to promote best practice in electricity service delivery to facilitate
        continuity of electricity supply to domestic customers experiencing
        financial hardship.
