Definitions

40O. Definitions

In this Division- bill benchmarking information has the meaning given by
section 40P; provide, in relation to bill benchmarking information, means-

   (a)  include in, or accompany, a bill issued for the supply or sale of
        electricity to a residential customer; or

   (b)  give in another manner approved by the Commission; residential
        customer means a person, or a member of a class of persons, to whom an
        Order under section 40Q(1) applies.
