35E. Order specifying method and variables to be used to determine weighted
tariff variation

The Governor in Council, by Order published in the Government Gazette, may
specify the method and variables to be used to determine the weighted tariff
variation for the purposes of paragraphs (a) and (b) of the definition of
tariff variation information in section 35D(2).
