Gazettal requirement

30. Gazettal requirement

The Commission must ensure that-

   (a)  notice of the grant of a licence including-

   (i)  the name of the licensee;

   (ii) the term of the licence;

   (iii) the place where a copy of the licence may be inspected;

   (b)  notice of a variation or revocation under section 29-

is published in the Government Gazette as soon as possible after the grant of
a licence or the variation or revocation, as the case requires.
