Provisions relating to licences

20. Provisions relating to licences



(1) A licence is to be issued for such term (if any) as is decided by the
Commission and is specified in the licence.



(2) A licence is subject to such conditions as are decided by the Commission.



(3) If a licence is issued to 2 or more persons for the purpose of the
carrying on by those persons of the activities authorised by the licence in
partnership or as an unincorporated joint venture, the licence may include
conditions relating to the carrying on of those activities in that manner.
