Application for licence

18. Application for licence



(1) A person may apply to the Commission for the issue of a licence
authorising one or more of the following activities-

   (a)  to generate electricity for supply or sale;

   (b)  to transmit electricity;

   (c)  to distribute or supply electricity;

   (d)  to sell electricity.

(2) An application must be in a form approved by the Commission and
accompanied by such documents as may be required by the Commission.



(3) An application must be accompanied by the application fee (if any) fixed
by the Commission.
