Planning permit

9. Planning permit

Despite anything to the contrary in the planning scheme under the
Planning and Environment Act 1987 relating to the land referred to in the
leases and licence set out in the Schedule the construction of a water storage
tank and associated pipelines and works on the land is deemed to be a use for
which a planning permit could be issued subject to conditions under that
planning scheme.
