Reclamation levy fund

7. Reclamation levy fund



(1) There is established in the Public Account as part of the Trust Fund a
Trust Account to be called the Lysterfield Reclamation Levy Fund.

(2) All moneys received under the Agreement in respect of the reclamation levy
payable under the Agreement must be paid into the Lysterfield Reclamation Levy
Fund.

(3) Moneys standing to the credit of the Lysterfield Reclamation Levy Fund-

   (a)  must be applied for the purposes of the reclamation of certain lands
        in accordance with clause 6 of the Agreement; and

   (b)  until so applied, may be invested in any manner in which, under the
        Public Account Act 1958, moneys in a trust account may be invested.
