Definition

3. Definition



(1) In this Act-



"Agreement" means the Agreement a copy of which is set out in the Schedule.

(2) Words and expressions used in the Agreement have the same meanings as in
the Extractive Industries Act 1966 or, if not used in that Act, as they would
have if so used.
