12. Registration of particular sub-leases

The lessee referred to in the lease of land set out in the Schedule must
ensure that a sub-lease granted under the lease is lodged with the Registrar
of Titles within one month after it is granted if the land is to be used for
any purpose or activity which does not relate to quarrying. __________________
