11. Minister may impose terms and conditions on particular sub-leases

Without limiting any other powers of the Minister in his or her capacity as
the lessor referred to in the lease of land set out in the Schedule, the
Minister may impose terms and conditions on the giving of consent to a
sub-lease of the land referred to in that lease if the land is to be used for
any purpose or activity which does not relate to quarrying.
