Operation of leases, licence and planning permit

10. Operation of leases, licence and planning permit



(1) The lease of land, the extractive industry lease and the extractive
industry licence set out in the Schedule have and are deemed to have had the
same operation and effect that those leases or that licence would have had if
section 8 had been in operation on 6 May 1986.

(2) The planning permit number KNX 5403 issued by the City of Knox on 11
October 1994 has and is deemed to have had the same operation and effect that
the permit would have had if section 9 had been in operation at that date.
