The long title for the Bill for this Act was "A Bill to ratify, validate, approve and otherwise give the force of law to an Agreement relating to a quarry site at Lysterfield and its reclamation and for other purposes.".
The Extractive Industries (Lysterfield) Act 1986 was assented to on 6 May 1986 and came into operation on 6 May 1986: section 2.
