Disposal of assets on winding up

8. Disposal of assets on winding up

If upon the winding up or dissolution of the Foundation there remains after
satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities any property whatsoever, the
same shall be given or transferred to the Property Trust to be applied solely
for charitable purposes.
