Application of property and income

7. Application of property and income



(1) Subject to subsection (2), the income and property of the Foundation shall
be applied solely to further the objects of the Foundation.

(2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall prevent the payment in good faith by the
Foundation of the salaries and wages of its officers and employees and the
proper fees of the members of the Board of Management.
