Annual general meeting and report

10. Annual general meeting and report



(1) The Board of Management shall in each year after the year in which this
Act comes into operation hold a meeting to be called the Annual General
Meeting of the Board of Management.

(2) The Annual General Meeting of the Board of Management shall be held on 31
December in each year or such earlier date (not being earlier than 1 August)
in that year as the Board determines.

(3) At its Annual General Meeting the Board of Management shall consider and
adopt a report on the affairs of the Foundation for the preceding year.

(4) The Board of Management shall present a copy of the report adopted at its
Annual General Meeting to the Synod.
