Secretary to give advice and assistance

8G. Secretary to give advice and assistance

The Secretary must, if requested by a proponent of works, give any advice and
assistance (including technical advice and assistance) that he or she thinks
fit to enable a proper preparation of a statement or a supplementary statement
required under this Act for the works.
