ENVIRONMENT EFFECTS ACT 1978 - SECT 8G
Secretary to give advice and assistanceThe Secretary must, if requested by a proponent of works, give any advice and assistance (including technical advice and assistance) that he or she thinks fit to enable a proper preparation of a statement or a supplementary statement required under this Act for the works.
