Chairman and quorum

7. Chairman and quorum



(1) At all meetings of the Commission the chairman, if present, shall preside
and in his absence the members present shall appoint one of their number to
preside.

(2) Two members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum of the Commission
and shall have full power to act.
