Establishment of Electoral Boundaries Commission

3. Establishment of Electoral Boundaries Commission



(1) For the purposes of this Act there shall be an Electoral Boundaries
Commission3 constituted as provided in subsection (2).



(2) The Electoral Boundaries Commission shall consist of three persons of
whom-

   (a)  one, who shall be chairman, shall be the Chief Judge of the County
        Court or his duly appointed nominee;

   (b)  one shall be the Electoral Commissioner for the time being; and



   (c)  one shall be the Surveyor-General for the time being.
