Definitions

2. Definitions

In this Act unless inconsistent with the context or subject-matter-

Commission means the Electoral Boundaries Commission2 constituted under this
Act;



district means electoral district for the Legislative Assembly;

region means electoral region for the Legislative Council;

Victorian Electoral Commission means the Victorian Electoral Commission
established under section 6 of the Electoral Act 2002.
