12. Deposit of statement etc. in Central Plan Office etc.



(1) Within fourteen days after preparing any statement, particulars, and maps
referred to in section 11 the Commission shall cause a copy thereof-

   (a)  to be deposited in the Central Plan Office of the Department of
        Sustainability and Environment;





   (b)  to be forwarded to the Victorian Electoral Commission;





   (c)  to be laid before each House of Parliament if Parliament is then
        sitting; and

   (d)  to be forwarded to each member of Parliament.

(2) If Parliament is not sitting at the time referred to in subsection (1) the
Commission shall cause a copy of the statement, particulars, and maps to be
laid before each House of Parliament within fourteen days after the next
meeting of Parliament.
