EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 5.8.3Z
Infringements(1) An authorised officer appointed under section 5.8.1(4) may serve an infringement notice on an RTO in respect of a prescribed offence against this Act or the regulations if the inspector has reason to believe that the RTO committed the offence.
(2) A prescribed offence referred to in subsection (1) is an infringement offence within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006 .
(3) The infringement penalty for an offence referred to in subsection (1) is the prescribed infringement penalty in respect of that offence.
