EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 5.8.2A
Authorised officer must return identity card to AuthorityIf an authorised officer's appointment under section 5.8.1(4) is revoked or expires, the officer must return his or her identity card to the Authority as soon as is practicable.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
