EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 5.10.2A
Transitional regulations(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations containing any savings or transitional provisions required as a consequence of the amendments made by the Child Wellbeing and Safety (Child Safe Standards Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment Act 2021 .
(2) A regulation mentioned in subsection (1) may be retrospective in operation to the commencement of the Child Wellbeing and Safety (Child Safe Standards Compliance and Enforcement) Amendment Act 2021 .
