EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 4.5A.5
Application for renewal of approval(1) A person, or a person authorised by an organisation or registered school, may apply in the form approved by the Authority and published in the Government Gazette for renewal of an approval to operate a student exchange program before the existing approval expires.
(2) The Authority may require the applicant to provide further information or material in respect of the application for renewal of an approval.
(3) An application under subsection (1) must be accompanied by the fee (if any) fixed by the Minister.
