EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 3.3.7
Performance agreements(1) The Board may enter into a performance agreement with a Regional Council with respect to that Council's functions under this Act.

(2) The Board may enter into a performance agreement with an adult education institution with respect to the functions of the adult education institution under this Act.
