EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 3.1.1
Application of Division(1) In this Division, "contractor" means an RTO that has entered into a VET funding contract with the Secretary in relation to the provision by the RTO of vocational education and training that is funded wholly or partially by the State.
(2) In this Division, a reference to an RTO includes a reference to a vocational education and training organisation registered under section 17 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 of the Commonwealth that is operating in Victoria.
