EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.6A.10
Fees charged by the Academy(1) The amount of any fee charged by the Academy under this Part must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
(2) The Academy may waive or refund any fee charged under this Part if the Academy is satisfied that it is appropriate to do so.
