EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.6.6D
Application for approval or variation of approval(1) A provider of a program or course of study may apply to the Institute for the provider's program or course to be approved as an initial teacher education program.
(2) A provider of an initial teacher education program may apply to the Institute for a variation of the approval of the program or course of study as an initial teacher education program.
(3) An application made under subsection (1) or (2) must be—
(a) in the form approved by the Institute; and
(b) accompanied by the application fee fixed by the Minister.
