EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.6.62
Resignation and removal(1) A member of the Council may resign from office by delivering to the Chairperson a signed letter of resignation.
(2) The Governor in Council may at any time remove a member appointed by the Governor in Council from office.
