EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.6.52
Offence to publish or broadcast information identifying a complainant or contravening a determination of the panel(1) A person must not publish or broadcast or cause to be published or broadcast any report of a formal hearing under this Part, including any determination made during the hearing, which contains information that would enable the complainant to be identified.
Penalty: 50 penalty units in the case of a natural person and 100 penalty units in the case of a body corporate.
(2) A person must not publish or broadcast or cause to be published or broadcast any report of a formal hearing under this Part, including any determination made during the hearing, which contains information in contravention of a determination of the formal hearing panel made under section 2.6.45 or 2.6.46(4)(b).
Penalty: 50 penalty units in the case of a natural person and 100 penalty units in the case of a body corporate.
