EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.6.35B
Health assessments(1) If a registered teacher agrees to undergo a health assessment, the teacher must be assessed by a registered health practitioner who is agreed on by the Institute and the teacher.
(2) If the Institute and the registered teacher are unable to agree on a registered health practitioner to conduct the assessment, the Chairperson of the Council must appoint a registered health practitioner to perform the assessment.
(3) The Institute must pay for the assessment.
