EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.6.26B
Institute may request details of early childhood teachers in early childhood services(1) The Institute may in writing request a person or body who employs or engages persons as early childhood teachers in or for an early childhood service to provide (within 28 days of the request) details of the name, registration number and date of birth of all or any of those persons in respect of the date or dates and in the manner determined by the Institute.
(2) A person or body to whom a request is made under subsection (1) must comply with that request.
Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person and 300 penalty units for a body corporate.
