EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.6.25
Publication of Register of Registered Teachers(1) The Institute must maintain the Register of Registered Teachers and make an up to date copy available for inspection by any person at the Institute's offices, during normal office hours, free of charge.

(2) The Institute may publish the whole or any part of the Register of Registered Teachers in any manner that it considers fit.
