Employment to be on probation

2.4.8. Employment to be on probation



(1) A person may be employed in a position in the teaching service on
probation in accordance with a Ministerial Order.





(2) A person employed in the teaching service on probation remains a
probationer until his or her employment is confirmed or annulled in accordance
with the Ministerial Order.

(3) The Secretary may annul the employment of a person at any time while he or
she is a probationer.
