EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.4.53
Review of Secretary's decision not to appoint(1) If a Merit Protection Board receives an application under section 2.4.7(5), it must subject to and in accordance with the regulations inquire into and determine the claim of the applicant.
(2) If the Board is satisfied that the grounds for review are established, it may make an order requiring the Secretary to reconsider the decision not to appoint the applicant.
