EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.4.36

An employee is not entitled to any compensation as a result of—

        (a)     the termination of his or her employment; or

        (b)     his or her salary being reduced—

in accordance with this Act or a Ministerial Order.
