EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM ACT 2006 - SECT 2.4.29
Rent charged to employeesIf an employee is allowed to use for the purpose of residence any building belonging to the State, the Secretary may deduct a fair and reasonable rent that is fixed by Ministerial Order from the salary or wages of the employee.
