Minister entitled to act if no school council

2.3.3. Minister entitled to act if no school council

If there is no school council constituted in relation to a school, the
Minister may exercise or discharge in respect of the school or any program
(including a preschool program) offered by the school, any power, duty or
function that would be conferred or imposed by or under this Act on any such
council constituted in relation to that school.
