2.3.27. School council to prepare annual report



(1) A school council must prepare a report (to be called an annual report)
relating to-

   (a)  financial activities including any matters required by a Ministerial
        Order as at a date fixed by Ministerial Order; and

   (b)  the school plan; and

   (c)  any other matters that are determined by the Minister.





(2) A council must ensure that-

   (a)  the annual report is prepared by the date fixed by Ministerial Order;
        and

   (b)  the report is prepared in accordance with any Ministerial Order and
        any standards and guidelines issued by the Minister; and

   (c)  a copy of the annual report-

   (i)  is published and made available to the local community of the school
        or group of schools in relation to which the council is constituted;
        and

   (ii) is given, upon request, to the Secretary or any other person.
