2.3.21. Council may grant lease or licence over preschool land



(1) A council of any school in relation to which it is constituted may, if
authorised in writing by the Minister, either generally or in any specified
circumstances, grant a leasehold interest in, or a licence over, land of the
school to be used to operate a preschool program or programs for children.

(2) This section applies despite anything to the contrary in the
Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978.
