Application of Division

2.3.19. Application of Division



(1) A child who takes part in a preschool program conducted under this
Division is not, for the purposes of this Act or any other Act relating to the
care or education of preschool children, to be taken to be a student enrolled
at a Government school.

(2) The powers of a school council under this Division are in addition to and
do not limit the powers of a school council under any other provision of this
Act.
