2.3.15. School council may delegate powers, duties or functions

Subject to this Act and the regulations, a school council may by instrument
delegate all or any of the powers, duties or functions conferred or imposed on
the council by or under this Act, the regulations, a Ministerial Order or a
direction issued by the Minister under this Act except this power of
delegation to another person or body.
