Age requirements for enrolment at Government schools
2.2.18. Age requirements for enrolment at Government schools
The principal of a Government school may refuse-
(a) to enrol a person at that school or in a program or course of study
offered, conducted or provided by that school or to allow a person to
continue to be so enrolled; or
(b) to allow a person to attend that school or to attend or participate in
any program or course of study offered by that school or to allow a
person to continue to so attend or participate-
if the person is under, of or over an age specified in the regulations in
relation to enrolment or attendance at a Government school or enrolment,
attendance at or participation in any program or course of study offered,
conducted or provided by a Government school.
