Production of identity card

2.1.9. Production of identity card

A school attendance officer must produce his or her identity card for
inspection-

   (a)  before exercising a power under this Part; or

   (b)  at any time during the exercise of a power under this Part, if asked
        to do so.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
