Education and Training Reform Act 2006 - SECT 1.1.2.

Commencement

1.1.2. Commencement



(1) This section and sections 1.1.1 and 6.1.3(2) and (3) come into operation
on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), the remaining provisions of this Act come into
operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.

(3) If a provision referred to in subsection (2) does not come into operation
before 31 December 2007, it comes into operation on that day.
